PALM Centre is a specialised centre committed to improving health using lifestyle as medicine. We complement traditional treatment to improve clinical outcomes in a simple, safe and sustainable manner.

Our priority is to treat, prevent or delay the progression of chronic diseases. We help our clients to assess their lifestyle risks, co-relate with their health and understand their needs

in order to personalise their treatment prescription and work together as a team to achieve their goals.

What is Lifestyle Medicine?

It is an American and international board-certified medical specialty. It prevents and treats disorders caused by lifestyle factors such as poor nutrition, physical inactivity, chronic stress, poor sleep quality, tobacco and alcohol misuse. Hence this targets the root causes of disease.

Lifestyle therapy is used to combat poor personal lifestyle choices as well as psychosocial factors, e.g. chronic stress and lack of social community support which contribute to chronic diseases.
